**بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم**

**1. Dreams in Islam - Mukhtasar Hukm:**  
- **Achi Dreams (True Dreams):** Nabi (S.A.W) ne farmaya:  
  *"Salih dreams are from Allah."* (Sahih Bukhari 6983)  
- **Buri Dreams (Shaytaani Waswasa):** Nabi (S.A.W) ne hukm diya:  
  *"If a bad dream disturbs you, spit dryly 3 times to your LEFT, seek Allah's refuge from Shaytaan, and change sleeping position."* (Sahih Muslim 2262)

**2. Aapke Dream Ki Tafseel:**  
🔸 **Pehla Hissa (Student ka Scene):**  
- Agar aapke past/zimmedari mein koi **ghair-mehram touch/lustful interaction** hua ho (student ke sath), ye Shaytaan ki taraf se ek **warning dream** ho sakta hai.  
- **Quran ki Ayat:** *"Do not even come near zina!"* (Surah Al-Isra 17:32)

🔸 **Dusra Hissa (Teacher ka Scene):**  
- Yeh aapke **unresolved emotions** (past crush/relationship) ki reflection hai.  
- Nabi (S.A.W) ne farmaya: *"When a man is alone with a non-Mahram woman, Shaytaan is the third."* (Tirmidhi 2165) → Isliye **distance aur taubah** zaroori hai.

**3. Amali Hal (Practical Solution):**  
✔ **Taubah (Emergency Dua):**  
   *"Astaghfirullah al-'Adheem allazi la ilaha illa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyum wa atubu ilayh"* (3 martaba padhein)

✔ **Protection from Bad Dreams:**  
   - Sote waqt **Ayat-ul-Kursi (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:255)** aur **Surah Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, An-Naas** padh kar soyein.  
   - Subah shaam **"A'udhu billahi minash-shaytanir-rajeem"** (Shaytaan se Allah ki panaah maangein).

✔ **Avoid Triggers:**  
   - Ghair-Mehram (student/teacher) se **limits set karein** – No physical/emotional closeness.

- **Dreams ko seriously lein, lekin pareshan na ho.**  
- **Agar koi gunah hua ho to jald taubah karein** – Allah Ghaffar-ur-Raheem hai! (Surah Az-Zumar 39:53)  
- **Rozana istighfar (70+ martaba)** se dil ki safai hogi.

📌 **Yaad Rakhein:** *"Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear."* (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:286)
