What is the PECCTA syllabus?

I still don't have any information about "PECCTA" or a "PECCTA syllabus" in my knowledge base. It seems to be a term that isn't widely recognized or covered in the information I have access to. If you could provide more details about what "PECCTA" stands for or what subject/field it belongs to, I might be able to help you better.
